Took a short java quiz then explained two different projects to two different people. The second interviewer was a developer and also presented some simple coding problems.

I got the interview through a College or University and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, an IQ/Intelligence Test and a Skills Test.
