No Offer – Interviewed in Chicago, IL Feb 2012 – Reviewed Apr 24, 2012
Interview Details – Original phone screen with peer went extremely well. Terrific guy to talk to. Was then brought in to see 4 people. First two went well, and both guys were very honest about the company and the job challenges. One even said that two people in the same role quit within 2 weeks of starting because there was so much to learn, the workload was very intense, and they had virtually no on-boarding process. The hiring manager then came in and it was quite apparent that I wasn't her "candidate". She made no eye contact, wasn't engaging or interested in the interview, and rolled her eyes twice (while staring blankly at my resume) as I was responding to questions. Never experienced that before! Anyway, my final interview was mysteriously cancelled, and I was told the next day they weren't interested. All for the best!
Interview Question – None of the questions were difficult or caught me off guard. Very standard. Answer Question
