I was referred to this position by a current employee. I applied online and about a month and half later I was scheduled for an interview. The interview consisted of a group of 3 personnel and only myself. The interview was overall laidback and consisted anything but the usual interview questions one finds online. I was asked why I should be considered over a recent grad given my experience. I was also asked what skillset I could bring to their current directional work for the particular area. Overall the questions were taylored for the specific position. They will not make their final decision until sometime early next year.
