Interviewed May 2011 in Germantown, MD (took 3 weeks)
Submitted resume through recruiter at a college career fair. Contacted 2 weeks later for a phone interview. The phone interview was 80% technical and 20% historical (experiences/ previous work experiences)
Selected for in-person interview. Met Recruiter who detailed the benefits of the company. Was then interviewed by three individuals each for an hour. Each of these 1 on 1 interviews were completely technical and purely based on your knowledge of the field. As a recent grad from college, I was asked technical questions that I knew were on a graduate level.

Was interviewed for a software engineer position. Found the company through indeed and applied to a position in San Diego. Got a call back asking if I was interested in the Maryland position and if I would like to do a phone interview. The interview went about 30 minutes and consisted mainly of background information questions followed by several technical coding questions.

Consisted of a half an hour interview. Questions were mostly from the resume. I was also asked analytical questions like puzzles and riddles.Further some questions were asked about networking basics.
The interviewer seemed more interested in speaking about the company and wanted to impress upon me that this was a very serious and boring entry level job.

The hiring team was really efficient and quick. I met them at a job fair, got a call within two days and interviewed after another 2 days at their facility.
It consisted of 4 one to one technical interviews, each lasting half an hour. the level of interviews was good, challenging.
