I applied online and submitted my resume. Then received a phone call for a phone interview. After that, I was offered to go to a personal interview...that first consisted of two people interviewing me at the same time. I passed that one. Then later on the same day, I had an interview with two managers. They made the final determination. The second one was a little more difficult, they asked more questions. It honestly made me uncomfortable because they asked questions like, "How will you work if you have kids? Where will they go? If your husband doesn't have a license what will happen if there is an emergency?" They were getting too personal.
