Humana Case Manager (RN) Interview

Interviewed Oct 2009 in Louisville, KY (took 1 week)

I first received a very laid back phone interview. Then I had an interview with 2 people followed by another interview with 2 other people that took a total of 3 hours. The questions for brutal and they wanted specific answers to situations and how I handle them. The interviewers were very professional and to the point. The whole 3 hours were mostly them asking questions and me answering them. The office consisted of cubicles and very quiet. They seem to be very strict with what time you take breaks, lunch, etc.
