Interviewed Aug 2011 in Chicago, IL (took 3 weeks)
First round consisted of a 30 minute phone interview. Pretty basic and easy behavioral questions. Asked what I knew and liked about Huron. A week after the first phone interview, I received a phone call from another individual. The phone conversation went into greater depth of my career experience and educational background. Received an invite to the office, but due to certain circumstance, I was not able to continue with the interview process.

Interviewed Aug 2011 in Chicago, IL (took 3 weeks)
Shortly after submitting an application through the Huron site, someone from HR contacted me to schedule a brief phone interview. After about 30-45 minutes of explaining my background and answering a couple behavioral questions, the woman told me her colleague would contact me later that week. My second conversation lasted only about 20 minutes and consisted mostly of basic questions about my work experience. I was flown out to Chicago later that week to interview on site with 3 consultants (all managers), who were all very welcoming and easy to talk with and asked me almost exclusively behavioral questions. Early the next week I met with a director in the practice I was interviewing for who was on a project in my area. We had about a 30-minute, very casual conversation about my experience and the position at Huron. A couple days later I received my offer.

Interviewed Feb 2011 in Chicago, IL (took 1 week)
As a referral, I received a call from the HR rep for the healthcare arm of the firm. We did a very informal phone interview and then informed me that he would like to fly me out to Chicago to interview at the end of the week. I went, was given typical consulting treatment (nice hotel, per diem, dining at Smith & Wollensky, drinks), then interviewed the next day with 3 1-on-1 interviews. I received my offer a week later, which was good news as it was the first desirable offer I had gotten upon college graduation.
The people at Huron are generally nice, and it's a fairly young company. However, they are a group of workaholics, especially in the healthcare branch. Also, if working healthcare, expect to travel 4 days a week, every week. The upside to that is that you can live wherever you want as long as you can get to an airport.

Negotiation Details
I didn't even try to negotiate as the offer was better than I had expected. I would advise not working for this company if you aren't a workaholic or don't enjoy staring at numbers all day in a cramped conference room.
Other Details
I got the interview through an Employee Referral and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview and a 1:1 Interview.

Interviewed Jan 2011 in Chicago, IL (took 2 months)
I got the phone interview after networking with a contact at Huron. Let me mention that the process started in late November, so I assume because of the holidays and year end situation it must have taken a bit longer for the entire interviewing process to complete (2months). First the HR contacted me and we had a brief fit interview. In a week's time I had a phone interview with a Manager. This was a behavioral interview with few fit questions. I heard back in a month's time and was invited to the Huron office. It was a half day affair, professional and well conducted one on one interviews with with 4 different people. From my experience, I understand that if you are coming with consulting experience, fit becomes the priority.

Interviewed Jan 2008 in Chicago, IL (took 2 days)
This was your typical behavioral interview. Huron basically made sure that you were personable enough to make it through a conversation and asked you enough investigative questions to make sure you weren't an idiot. Outside of that, it was a pleasant conversation.
