Interviewed Nov 2011 in Portland, OR (took a day)
An internal recruiter contacted me and I took a pre-interview/candidate screening call with her. Overall, she was nice, but required answers to a few things that I didn't really want to give up: Compensation, Benefits package & cost for spouse, etc. I gave basic answers to just get to the meet and taters of the pre-interview. Turned out I was a perfect fit, but when compensation came up (after I research here I knew they wouldn't match what I was making), she back peddled and attempted to sell me on the "full benefits package and salary" of the position instead of me getting fixed on "just Salary". She tried hard to get me to agree to a huge cut in pay in return for a huge (and I mean huge) amount of vacation time. One thing that stuck out was that I mentioned that I didn't want to be in management in the next 3-5 years. She actually laughed and said "Oh no, you wouldn't be in management...."
She covered my skills, right down to the versions of software I worked with and how I supported specific software packages.

Reason for Declining
Salary was too low. Between the comment she made and how the position was being offered, I also felt that there was a lack of option to move around within the company, mixed with the reviews of numerous issues within the company.
Other Details
I got the interview through a Recruiter and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview.
