Interviewed Mar 2012 in New York, NY (took 2 weeks)
After sending my resume I got an initial brief call confirming the details of my resume. About a week later I got another call asking more questions about my educational background and any work experience. They are a recruiter and were recruiting for an entry level IT position at a financial services company in NY but were accepting resumes from IT and Econ/Finance majors.

Interviewed Jan 2011 in New York, NY (took 2 days)
Came in for interview with two managers. Lots of questions around evidence of my successes and failures and why I thought I am a good salesperson. Great because as a fresh grad I can't talk much about work experience.
Then 3 hour final interview with presentation. Tough interview but they want to make sure they hire the right people and I got the chance to ask tons of questions to make sure the job was for me. They were really straight forward in describing the environment and it turned out to be just as described.

Negotiation Details
Straight forward. They have a set trainee salary, benefits and commission scheme that is the same for everyone.

Interviewed May 2010 in New York, NY (took 3 days)
Initially everything was fine, the HR guy was extremely nice (although he called me literally 2 seconds after i applied). However, coming into the office was a whole different issue. I knew I was in trouble when I walked in the door and saw 4 other applicants waiting to be interviewed. Huxley definitely came across as one of those "revolving door" type companies. Not everyone was terrible, especially the one man that told me not to work there, but he was the exception. I took time out of my day to come meet with them as they watched me give my presentaion (I came with binded copies for each manager) while they looked out the window and chomped on their gum. I seriously thought this was a joke, like they were trying to see how I would respond to rude clients...the reality is simple: this is how this company is...very unprofessional! BTW I was currently employed and seeking employment and have since interviewed and received 3 offers (one of which I accepted) so I was by no means the problem. Good luck to those who choose to interview!

Interviewed Jun 2010 in New York, NY (took 1 week)
Huxley calls you immediately after emailing them your resume, and then they arranged two Skype interviews with me to discuss/interview me for the position.

Reason for Declining
I didn't pursue the opportunity after they asked me to cover the travel costs for a face-to-face interview in New York. Paying for an interview they've required for me to attend made they think less of the company.

The interview consisted of a Phone Interview.

Interviewed Dec 2009 in Hong Kong (Hong Kong) (took 2 days)
I applied online for the position. Was later called and asked a few questions by one of their in-house recruiters.
A meeting was set up for me to meet someone at their HK office. I ended up being interviewed by 4 people, one by one. 2 of the interviewers were rather insulting towards me; one could not comprehend why I previously chose to be self employed and belittled the small business I used to run, another suggested I was too much of a princess to work in recruitment.
Another one of the interviewers later disclosed my interview with them to third party, who is a friend of mine!
