Second round interview is usually with the department head to check the technical abilities and experience. Third round is mostly a formality with the General manager of HR Director. In the first round itself you can negotiate for salary. But any way they have a certain budget for every position and that is normally lower than what the industry standard is.

    I interviewed with a recruiter at a campus job fair before graduation. The recruiter had an informational seminar they day before the job fairs and scheduled interviews at the job fair. The recruiter likes to see that you are prepared, as you should be. Fill out the application and job test online beforehand and turn in a copy in person. Recruiters are very personable and want to get an idea about the person, not necessarily about technical skills and knowledge. Also, you are asked to give the top 3 locations you would prefer and they make you offer based on those if available.

    I did not negotiate much, all trainees are brought in at a specific salary based on the area and hotel income. Benefits package is nice and there is a raise in 6 months and each year.

    Pretty standard interview, however one woman was very unprofessional. While trying to expose my character, she mentioned a lot of drinking and partying which made for an uncomfortable experience. However, the other staff I met were very professional and kind.

    Easy, and care free. Just have to take assessments and do your background paperwork online. Once everything is submitted, you don't have to do anything but wait for them to call you back.
