Interview
Went to HR office first and filled a form about basic information and education background, then was asked to translate whole page of Chinese into English. The passage was about AUDI's global event happened last year.
Handed it in and the HR Mgr asked me to come back again in the afternoon for interview w/ the boss, one of the owner.
Had a small conversation w/ the boss. She was a pleasant lady. We nearly talked about business. It was more like sort of chatting. and She agreed to offer me the position.
Interview was very quick. It was good very easy and straight forward. Use star method always Interviewer did sound a bit repetitive but overall very good interview easy and straight forward
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Hyatt (Normal, IL) in Dec 2022
Interview
Very straight forward and well organized process. First a group Meet and greet and then a one on one interview for the position. Great communication throughout the process. Kind HR representatives.

Question 1
Why empathy would be important in a customer service job
It was a group interview initially and from there if they wanted to move you forward then you would have an individual interview. I, unfortunately, was not selected to move further in the hiring process even though I would have excelled at the position.
