I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeksinterviewed at Hydro One.

    Interview Details

Applied on company website, was contacted for in-person interview through college. The interview was scheduled for an hour, half was one on one and then a senior manager joined for the remainder and took over interview. Mostly behavioral questions, some technical but nothing tricky. Job was different then described in posting, ended up being more of a help desk role.

I applied through college or university. The process took 4+ weeksinterviewed at Hydro One.

    Interview Details

Applied through university/campus recruitment and received a reply about a month later for an interview at their office. The interview was conducted by two engineers from the division I had applied for and was just about an hour long. The questions consisted of straightforward behavioural questions (tell us about yourself, what do you know about us, describe your biggest failure, describe a time you had a team conflict and how'd you solve it) for 30 minutes, a few technical questions related to the position for 20-30 minutes and some generic logic questions (simple probability/stats, time value of money, basic physics) for 15 minutes. In general, the questions depend on the nature of the position. I've heard of many colleagues, who applied for different internship positions, receiving very little to none "technical" questions.
