Interviewed Apr 2012 in Cleveland, OH (took a day)
A typical phone interview, a person from HR called me and we had a 15-minute talk, she asked me several questions emphasizing they were looking for talents who are good at RDBMS. Apparently, you had to know softwares more than SQL. Some behavioral questions, i.e. tell me about your strength, your weakness.

Interviewed Dec 2011 in Cleveland, OH (took 2+ weeks)
I have got a call from the HR department and they scheduled an HR interview.
It was about 30-40mins interview. At the end of the call, she said, the Technical Manager from two departments will call me for an interview(which I wasn't aware and unprepared). Though I answered well in the technical interview. I was not selected.

Interviewed Nov 2011 in Westlake, OH (took a day)
I was referred to Hyland Software by a current employee to apply for a Quality Assurance. I first applied online and found the bilingual position (because I am Puerto Rican and fluent in Spanish). Three days later, I got an email saying it was received and under review. A week later, I received another email saying that it was passed onto a hiring manager and a QA departmental supervisor. Another week later, I received an email saying they would like to set up an interview, which included a technical (computer knowledge) test and a interview with a HR staffer. I was told it could take at least 3 hours.
The technical test involved sitting at a laptop connected to another computer which someone watched as I answered their questions on computer basics, i.e. opening a Word document, changing the wallpaper. That last about 30 minutes.
The second interview with a HR staffer involved reviewing my resume and basic questions. She reviewed my resume, asked questions, I answered. This lasted about 30 minutes as well. Then the interview was done.
I referred to the email saying I was told it would take at least 3 hours. She said that is only on hiring days where they do a massive hiring blitz.
About a week later, I got an email saying that despite my great qualifications, they wanted to pursue other candidates.

I applied online and was contacted by a recruiter who scheduled an phone interview. The interview lasted about 30 minutes and was told I would hear back in a week. I did not hear anything for two weeks, so I emailed the lady and got a response about a week later saying they were pursuing other candidates.

Interviewed Nov 2010 (took a day)
I applied at my school's Career Fair and then was contact a few weeks later to come to an on-site interview. The first 20 minutes consisted of a computer skills test. It was just to make sure I knew about computers and how certain applications worked. I then had a 30 minute interview with someone from HR. This was more behavioral based. Finally, I had an hour interview with two people I would be working for. They just simply wanted to know what I was interested in, what classes I took in school, etc. None of it was intimidating.

Interviewed Apr 2011 in Westlake, OH (took 2 weeks)
Interview was set up via email after applying online. They were hiring a lot of people for a variety of positions. Interviews were setup Fridays for 3 weeks, with 5 people in each interview group. A 15 minute presentation was given to the group as a whole, and then employees would come and pick us out and talk to us individually. I had an interview with two hiring managers first for 30 minutes, then a 30 minute skills/technical interview to see what I knew about computers. I then had the standard HR interview and then a 30 minute test to see what I knew about databases and logic.

Interviewed Feb 2011 (took 6 weeks)
Initially I was given a skills test which consisted of generic C#.Net, VB.Net, SQL, ASP.Net, etc. questions. Those were pretty simple if you've been developing for a year or two. After that I was brought in for a three part interview. The first part was general Windows knowledge test with someone quizzing you and you demonstrating how to do it. The second part was an HR interview with general HR questions. The last part was with a department manager and supervisor, more in depth about your work ethic, background, and past projects. One downside was I was constantly following up with a status and that seemed to get me the interviews but was getting rather old. They didn't offer me the position and stated as a company policy they don't provide reasons why, wish I knew why however.
