We were all Regional Specific Employee, with Fi9xed Customer bases, and my Region lost incredible amounts of Market Share to your Company, and others, with the Competitive Downed Economy. My position got to the point where I was Servicing the same 10 customers. The other Employees were covering Different Regions, that didn't lose that amount of Market Share, that my Territory lost. There was literally no work for me after a while, and My former Employer tried to keep me, but Terminating a person from a different Territory, then replacing them with me, unfamiliar with their Customer Base, wouldn't make sense.
