This was a really difficult question to answer as I have a work ethic that I like to follow however I wanted this job as I need the experiene to allow me to follow my dreams.....My response was simply 'companies have different policies and processes that I am really adept about picking up and following. It's not that you do things wrong around here, you just do it differently'
