I asked how she was doing, and if she was looking for anything in particular. Then I asked her if I could interest her in this new pen by papermate. It has blue ink and it is more comfortable to write with. As you can see there is more consistancy with the color and will last longer. Offered her the pen to try. Told her about some positive reviews that came about about the pen.
