The #1 complaint that you will encounter is why Oracle continues to raise their prices at rates higher than inflation. You simply need to explain that Oracle has cornered the market on key business critical applications through acquisition and that they can either pay the increased price or go elsewhere. Since there is no "elsewhere", the customer will grudgingly concede and you can go on your merry way.
