Interviewed Jan 2009 in Geneva (Switzerland) (took a day)
Approached by email with a proposal for a phone interview. Two weeks after the interview was invited to a personal interview at the offices of IATA.
Was interviewed by three people for about 90 min, and then by a panel of two people for about 30 min.
The offer was made over the phone and the letter arrived by courier.

Interviewed Aug 2008 (took a day)
I applied online and then got a call a few days later. They invited me for a phone interview with the hiring manager and an HR lady. The interview was about an hour long, pretty friendly and easy going. Most of the questions were regarding my resume and I had to give specific project-management related answers.
