IBM corporation called me,I schedule a phone interview. The guy asked me if i was ready for some Technical questions, off course i said yes. Asked about 25 Technical questions.
I Didn't answer enough correct,he told me right away. He was pretty respectful and told me what i need to revise for future opportunity.

I got the interview on campus. Interviewed in Tamp FL at an event Called Project View. The interview process was a little stressful the night before. You interview with 5 managers who interview you based on whats your resume. All the questions were pretty much Behavioral because as long as you are willing to learn they will teach you what you need to know.

I chose not to accept the offer because I interviewed with another company where I just FIT in more.

I got the interview through a College or University and the interview consisted of a Group/Panel Interview, an IQ/Intelligence Test, a Personality Test, a Drug Test and a Background Check.

I first approached the IBM booth at my university career fair. I spoke with a couple of the consultants for a few minutes about my background and why I was interested in IBM consulting. I was then invited to an on campus information session which I attended. Next I was invited to interview on campus. My interview consisted of three interviews with three different consultants. I was asked a variety of behavioral questions, background questions, and general interview questions. Each interview lasted approx 30 min.

The 1st phone interview was very basic and a way for the interviewer to gain additional information about me and my experiences. The 2nd phone interview was about my technical skills and qualifications. I spoke about relevant projects completed both in and out of school - again very basic. Questions were asked about my resume in which I went into full detail about.
