Interview Details – First there is a test to see if you will even interview. After the test they set up a group interview (DRESS VERY NICELY). There is a one-on-one behavioral and technical interview. After this whole day (about 6-7 hours) they will call and let you know if you have the job.

Interview Details – Interview day involved a group case interview and several individual interviews. In the group case interview, you work with a team to solve a business problem for a fictitious client, then present the strategy to IBM interviewers acting as "CEO" and other company leaders. Individual interviews were standard 'walk me through your resume' type of interviews.
Interview Question – One interviewer had me stop in the middle of my answer so he could go out in the hall to take a phone call, then expected me to pick up right where I left off. Not sure if it was a behavioral test or just odd/rude, but I was able to remember where I needed to restart the answer. Answer Question
Negotiation Details – Was not able to negotiate. All post-MBA hires into this role were offered the same amount.

Interview Details – I applied online back in October and received a call from the hiring manager in late December (IBM takes that long for everyone in most cases). The manager very honest and frank and a employee with 40+ years at IBM. Scheduled a 1 on 1 interview within a week, went there and was very impressed. The manager was very qualified with an MBA and explained the position in detail also took time to learn about me. Received a verbal offer and received a written offer after 2 weeks.

Interview Details –
IBM corporation called me,I schedule a phone interview. The guy asked me if i was ready for some Technical questions, off course i said yes. Asked about 25 Technical questions.
I Didn't answer enough correct,he told me right away. He was pretty respectful and told me what i need to revise for future opportunity.

Interview Details – I got the interview on campus. Interviewed in Tamp FL at an event Called Project View. The interview process was a little stressful the night before. You interview with 5 managers who interview you based on whats your resume. All the questions were pretty much Behavioral because as long as you are willing to learn they will teach you what you need to know.

Reason for Declining – I chose not to accept the offer because I interviewed with another company where I just FIT in more.

Interview Details – I first approached the IBM booth at my university career fair. I spoke with a couple of the consultants for a few minutes about my background and why I was interested in IBM consulting. I was then invited to an on campus information session which I attended. Next I was invited to interview on campus. My interview consisted of three interviews with three different consultants. I was asked a variety of behavioral questions, background questions, and general interview questions. Each interview lasted approx 30 min.
