surprisingly quick and informal. The country manager at the time came from a acquisition so I believe he was the key driver for this no fuss and effective approach.

I attended two phone interviews and one face to face interview. The interviews were very generic and did not ask many job related questions but were more focused on my past employment history, my personality, why I think I am suitable for the job I am applying for etc.

I was introduced to the managed by a ex colleague so the interview might not be as formal as other people may have been through.
During the interview, there are many predefined questions (I think it's from the HR) regarding your personality and management/interpersonal communication skill.
