Interviewed Aug 2010 in Boulder, CO (took a day)
There was one interview over the phone with the hiring managers. I was considered for two positions - application development and ETL/DBA. I was hired by the application development manager because the other manager was unavailable for the call. Because of the customer orientation of the position, I believe the interviewer was more interested in my communication skills than my technical skills (which turned out to be a correct method of evaluation - the position is half third-tier help desk and half development with heavy emphasis on client interaction). They made their decision very quickly which was a great relief.
