Interviewed Aug 2011 in Hortolandia (Brazil) (took 1+ week)
It was a very nice interview. Good experience.
I always wanted to be back to IBM. I was transferred to AT&T due to BlueSky deal but seems IBM is pretty much internationalized than other American companies.
IBM provides a lot of opportunity to achieve a lot of professional growth.

Interviewed Nov 2009 in Porto Alegre, Rio Grande do Sul (Brazil) (took a day)
The guy who called me and arranged the interview was clearly a busy technical person, not HR. He had to postpone the interview twice due to his tight schedule. The interview itself was disgusting, more like an informal talk. I felt like they had already chosen the candidate, but they had to continue interviewing to fulfil the No. of interviews. The questions asked denounced that the two guys didn't pay much attention to my resume. I also felt a lack of interest on my current position. Finally, they said the process was slow and I was going to receive a call back in two months (yes, 2 months). They never called me.
