Interviewed Apr 2012 in New York, NY (took 2 weeks)
I had two rounds of interview. Initial round was telephonic, which was easy. Just the usual BA questions were asked and it was 15 minutes long. Final round was a panel interview, which was more like a technical round. They gave me some scenarios and asked to create use case diagrams. Also asked about RUP process.

Interviewed May 2011 in Pune (India) (took 1 week)
For the people who wish to read a Genuine review:
The Interview was quite simple, the technical person himself took the HR interview as well.
To my astonishment there was no HR person involved the staffing agency was the only focal point for the communication with IBM.
Interview Questions
Reason for Declining
They offer pathetic salary hike. provide no room for negotiation, just in the name of brand.
They feel the brand is quite strong to pull crowd. If that is the case then there should be no attrition and no denial of offers.
Other Details
I got the interview through a Staffing Agency and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview and a Background Check.
