I applied through college or university. The process took 1+ weekinterviewed at IBM.

Interview Details

One day of interviews; set of 3 30-minute with one case study. It was rather laid-back and conversational. The three interviews were behavioral with one relying on a case study for most of the duration of the 30 minutes. All interviewers were consultants and had background with CbD.

I had two 45-minute interview sessions. The first one was behavioral, which was very casual and friendly. The second one was a case study in which not much was given to you but you have to extract as much as you can in order to come up with a solution. The interviewer was very cold and purposely pressured me by looking at his watch and giving me confused looks. I think this was done on purpose but it definitely got in my head.

two fit interviews and one case study. basic questions, nothing out of the ordinary. The interviewers were really friendly and were basically just reading the questions off of a sheet and only wanted short answers. Only asked questions that you would expect. Nothing strange and no brain teasers

The super day assessment center was three interviews
-The first was a case. It was simpler than the Case In Point questions
-The second were "give me a time when you did x" questions
-The third was basically a walk through your CV. Know it back to front and be able to answer any and all questions about your CV

    Interview Questions
    • -If I hired you right now and you started tomorrow, what type of project would you want to work on and why?
-What impact do you think 'the cloud' on IBM's direction as a firm

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4+ weeksinterviewed at IBM in October 2013.

    Interview Details

Three back to back to back 30 mins interviews. Two behavioral and One Case question. Interviewers were great ad made me feel comfortable. Case question had to do with naming the constraints that would come with have several agencies within a state have their procurement process through one single location (i.e one website with different suppliers option). Understand how case study works in terms of the thought process. You don't need to be a expert in case study. I didn't think I did all that great. Behavioral were more focused on how you would respond to certain work conditions as a team leader.

I applied online. The process took 3+ monthsinterviewed at IBM.

    Interview Details

The whole hiring process took about 3 month. I applied on January and got a call from HR to undertake an online test one month later. It took another month for the real interview. It started with presentations about the company and the program since it is very new in the region, followed by a group discussion observed by 2 interviewers. They were really nice to guide the discussion so everyone had a chance to speak. In the afternoon, it was individual
interviews with the same 2 interviewers in the group discussion. Most of the questions are pretty standard and about testing your knowledge on the IT/management consulting area.
