Interviewed Mar 2012 (took 2 weeks)
Final interview round consist of 1 case interview and 2 personality tests. The case interview is given in the traditional form where the interviewer will read a prompt and the interviewee can ask the interviewer for specific details, and at the end, make a recommendation for the client/interviewer. The personality tests were a bit tricky. They ask what you would do in certain catch 22 scenarios.

Interviewed Dec 2011 (took 3 days)
Had a phone interview in October. Was asked to fly to headquarters in December for three consecutive 1:1 interviews, once case. Everyone was very nice and helpful throughout the process. The case was not bad, simple P&L, earnings projection, barriers to entry, etc... Other two interviews consisted of typical questions; tell me about yourself, why IBM, where do you see the company going, name a time you had to learn on the fly, etc... Interviewed with roughly 30 others people.

Interviewed Oct 2011 in Toronto, ON (Canada) (took a day)
Very speedy interview process – everything happened in one day. Although I appreciated how quickly I was able to complete all three rounds of interviews, I wish I had more opportunity to chat with employees and learn more about the company, and see whether it was the right fit for me.
The first stage was a case problem that was solved in a group environment. The team had 15 minutes to come up with a framework/solution and present it in 5 minutes. I felt it was more important to show your composure and presentation skills rather than trying to get the answer right.
The second stage was a panel interview with your competitors. Very different from what I was used to. I think I only got one question, which was "what three attributes would describe me".
If you're successful in the first two rounds, you get invited to a 1:1 with a SE.

Interviewed Sep 2011 (took a day)
I applied through my university's career services website and was selected for an interview. The "interview" was actually three half-hour interview, back to back. One of these interviews was a case study, so brush up on your long division and multiplication! The others were simply conversations - not many questions and more focused on getting a sense of my personality.
