Interviewed Sep 2009 in Toronto, ON (Canada) (took a day)
applied on-line, got a request for the interview via e-mail and scheduled an interview. The company already had my application including cover letter/resume/transcript. However, it seemed like they did not have a copy of my transcript, so if your mark is not-so-great, do not directly provide it to your interviewer unless otherwise asked.

Interviewed Feb 2008 in Essex Junction, VT (took 2 weeks)
Met with recruiter at job fair, then set up a 1:1 campus interview. This interview was explaining my resume and previous work experience and why I would be a good fit at the company, That went well so I was recommended for a phone interview with a manager. That was mostly a behavioral interview with..."tell me a time..." After a few days I was offered the job.

Interviewed Oct 2007 (took a day)
There were three people interviewing me, each in different rooms. They would range from an overall personality interview that went into my experience at tech, how I'd approach problems, what I'm interested in, a technical interviewer that asked me to create SQL statements, and an interviewer that asked me where I wanted my career to go. One interviewer was with IBM for no longer than two years, one was with IBM for about 5-10 years, and the last was with IBM for upwards of 20 years so that you can ask questions regarding their experience.
A type of aptitude test was also administered. Sort of like an IQ test that asks you to match patterns
