Very Difficult Interview
I applied through other source and the process took a day - interviewed at IBM in January 2008.
Interview Details – it was all good and technical questions but few were like just to not answer type.

The process took 2 days - interviewed at IBM in October 2010.
Interview Details – Phone interview is conducted for screening.
Based on first interview, 2nd interview is conducted which is technical. It can be 1 interview or two depending on the responsibilities of the position.
HR interview is optional. There is scope for salary negotiation.
I applied through an employee referral and the process took 3 days - interviewed at IBM in June 2010.
Interview Details – There was a telephonic interview first. Then a face to face interview was scheduled. Both we average in terms of difficulty

Interview Details – Congenial atmosphere. interviewed by a team lead kind of candidate. mostly in to technical nothing to do with people management questions
