Global Marketing Manager Interview

Global Marketing Manager
Bangalore (India)

I applied through an employee referral and the process took 2+ weeks - interviewed at IBM in June 2011.

Interview Details – Very robust and transparent interview process. Interview rounds move in order of hierarchy from middle to senior management. Focus on cultural fit, understanding of job role, leadership skills, educational qualifications, past work experience, relevant certifications and trainings.

Interview Question – My previous experience related to the current job role - in terms of real-time projects & business case handled by me, which will be in sync with my current roles and responsibilities. Very detailed description of this business scenario.   Answer Question
