Interview Details –
30 min Telephone Interview - Quite informal
1 Day Assessment - 1hr Team Exercise, 40min interview with Senior Partner and 40min interview with Technical Specialist. The rest of the day was HR, info on company and networking.
Interview Question – Team Exercise was most taxing as the dynamics and personalities of your team is uncertain and you need to make yourself stand out no time to be a shrinking violet, but the whole interview process itself was relatively relaxed and not difficult. Answer Question
Negotiation Details – A lot of paperwork to review and complete and trying to get hold of the HR/recruitment office for clarification can be difficult, but once you've got through they are very friendly and helpful
Other Details - I applied online and the process took 8 weeks.
