the project are in need of people so badly when I joined the company coz the pay is so low under this huge big name in China.There is a high turnover, hardly imagine. The competitors like HP,ACCENTURE,AVAYA paid more. The interview mostly is done by telephone coz this postion is english supoort, so the english is the key!
