Got an initial call from HR to screen my application. After that, got another call for a personal interview.
Just an average interview, panel had 3 people - 1 manager, 2 senior guys in the team. Went over my cv and asked questions abt previous exp
Bogus interview process. I applied foe something and they start asking question which w as not relevant for me at all. Would never apply again at IBM for any role in the future.

there were 3 rounds, 1st was coding, next 2 were technical interview. 1st round went well but then got rejected in the 1st technical round. It was easy but then don't know what went wrong
