Interviewed May 2009 in Gurgaon, Haryana (India) (took a day)
They called me up over phone and it was a good 1-hour interview. Questions ranged from Core Java, XML, Servlets, and some RDBMS concepts. I would rate the questions to be rather easy but pretty broad within the specified subjects. I was confident of having answered about 75% of the questions pretty well, and made reasonable guesses for the rest.

Interviewed Nov 2010 in Gurgaon, Haryana (India) (took 1 week)
First I had a telephone call from HR. This was followed by an 1:1 interview with the Manager who required the candidate. This was followed by the telephone interview which was supposedly the most crucial phase of the interview. Post this it wasa salary and joining date negotiation with HR before the Offer was made.

Interviewed May 2010 in Gurgaon, Haryana (India) (took a day)
An online written, followed by telephonice interview, then a written test. Two technical rounds, a manger round with two people.
The HR is super slow, the worst I have seen keep calling or they would never process it :), and even after you are selected you may not get the offer for a month, be careful.

Interviewed Jul 2008 in New Delhi (India) (took 5 days)
It was a simple chit chat sort of interview in which there were some puzzles etc. The position is not permanent so the process was not too rigorous. The puzzles were based on algorithms and some graph theoretic questions. Also some were based on master's theorem etc. Overall it was a simple interview to handle
