Interviewed Jan 2007 in Phoenix, AZ (took 2 weeks)
Initially, I submitted my resume through USC on campus interviews. Ironically, USC lost my resume and didn't include it. When I hadn't heard back from the HR contact at IBM, I followed up with a phone call and she had not received my resume! I sent it to her and she reviewd, then I had an initial phone interview with her. The next week, I had follow-up 1 on 1 interviews with 4 managers in pacific southwest over the course of two days. Received offer day after final interview. I don't know how quickly IBM generally moves, but they were under pressure in this case as they knew MBA grads were already receiving offers from other companies.

Negotiation Details
Tried to negotiate but offer was essentially fixed - IBM uses algorithm to calculate initial salary based on experience, education and cost of living in your city. Offer included standard salary and benefits plus coverage of all moving expenses to relocate from Los Angeles to Phoenix.
Other Details
I got the interview through a College or University and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview and a 1:1 Interview.
