I had one interview with the hiring manager, then was brought on-site for a group interview. The first interview was mostly about fit and my motivations for pursuing an internship with IBM. The group interview was tougher in my opinion ... I was interviewed by 3 people at the same time. 1 was a future coworker, another was a peer from a different marketing team, and 1 was a manager who was ironically about to leave the team. They mainly asked behavioral interview questions (I wasn't interviewing for a technical role) and seemed especially interested in my response to work-life balance. I got the sense that I would be extremely busy and that I'd need the critical skill of dealing with that.
