Interview Details – (1)30 Minute Initial phone screen Interview with recruiter (2) 1 hour interview with Practioner; very informal discussed project management and my experience. (3) Panel Interview and Presentation - Had 1 on 1 interviews with 4 different Practioners. Once done, you are provided with a case study and you must present your solution.
Reason for Declining – Was offered another position but with less travel.

Interview Details – The process was unusual. Getting the job was almost a foregone conclusion. The interview process was more about ensuring I met governance and security clearance requirements.

Negotiation Details – Negotiation was through a consulting agency. They indicated IBM made an offer. I made a counter offer, negotiation was done. Apparently they made a third offer which was final, which I implicitly accepted, and paperwork was completed without needing to inform me of the decision.

Interview Details – The Interview process at IBM consists in several meetings with Management and always you will have to speak in english, at least for Project Management jobs. PMP certification is desirable.

Interview Details – Transfered in under TUPE. Interview process was a joke, utterly disorganised and I felt I was interviewing them! Knew I'd got a job (half of us were made redundant) as the IBM rep seemed to be clutching at straws to find something to ask me due to lack of prep on his part.
Interview Question – "So, what do you do then?". Total lack of prep for interview. Amateurish. Answer Question

Interview Details – It was an interview arranged because of an internal referral against an opening. No HR was involved and was managed directly by the hiring manager. It took just couple of mails to agree on the time and date of the interview. Hiring manager was fexible to reschedule the interview to a better place because I did not have a car.
