Basic behavioral interview, nothing surprising. Most questions were about my work and leadership experience. I had to interview with 3 IBM employees

It was one meeting for coffee. There were no hard questions. In the next 3 weeks i had a job. I would recommend you find out how long your boss will be there. Before you join.

Very detailed and spread over multiple weeks. Had to speak with multiple people in multiple capacities. Had to make multiple inquiries to make sure the process was still moving forward. Culminated in an onsite interview on the East Coast

No negotiation. It was cut and dried. They named a price
and no room for negotiation. I figured I just
needed to work hard to earn more.

Pretty straight forward. Multiple email interactions with HR filling out general information. Phone interview asking basic resume questions. Group interview day. About 40 or so candidates. Went through a presentation about the company and what your role would be in sales followed by two one on one interviews. Expenses were paid to travel to interview location. Very relaxed process.
