Application

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at IBM (Raleigh, NC).

Interview

Set up a phone and changed the schedule 3 X's. Got frustrating. Obviously read a script and knew very little about the deal, process and job. It was more a PR stunt

    Interview

Pretty straight forward. Multiple email interactions with HR filling out general information. Phone interview asking basic resume questions. Group interview day. About 40 or so candidates. Went through a presentation about the company and what your role would be in sales followed by two one on one interviews. Expenses were paid to travel to interview location. Very relaxed process.
