Interviewed Feb 2009 in Sao Paulo, Sao Paulo (Brazil) (took 3 weeks)
Be prepared to made an Interview with the SQA coordinator and with the SQA Manager. Both are good people. You'll made a Test regarding, SQL skills and you'll have to create a test case. This is for Tivoli Maximo Brazil Lab.

I got the interview through an Employee Referral and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview, a Group/Panel Interview, a Skills Test and a Personality Test.
