Interviewed Sep 2010 in Taipei (Taiwan) (took 3 days)
There are about four stages in the whole interview process. The first stage is an adaptive test, which consisted of three parts quite easy but the time is hurry. Second stage is a
phone interview, which was calling from a guy from the HR department. It was just a simple background check. Then there was an on site interview, which has two stages. The first stage was with the manager of the position and also a senior engineer. The second stage was a superior manager. All in all, the whole
interview process was quite relaxing and alike chatting. Most of the questions are about past experience and personality, no technical ability involved.
