Interviewed Dec 2009 in Austin, TX (took 2 days)
Initial contact was a phone screening interview. Several days later I was contacted to be interviewed by several technical personel and given a short skills assessment test. The screening interview consisted of general questions about my current resume, career path, and what I was looking for in a job and work environment. The technical interview consisted of more specific questions about particular skills and how I would rate various skill sets from 1 to 10. A short skills test consisting of a series of questions focused on skills required for the job.

Brief, straightforward. Recruiter had a bunch of basic, simple questions. Once passed 2 phone interviews there, was refered to IBM. They moved quickly-phone call on Friday-interview on Friday, job offer on Monday. It was contract, so no big deal for them. Work was OK, fun group.

Negotiation Details
Recuriter was unpleasant to work with regarding negotiation. I attempted to negotiate and he became upset, irrate, raised his voice, spoke fast and furious. In the end I let it go, was happy to get offer.

I got the interview through a Recruiter and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, a Group/Panel Interview and a Skills Test.

Pretty boring, straightforward behavioral questions with very little technical depth. The culture was pretty professional and stuffy, not a place where younger people would be interested in working. The manager was not technical and the technical staff was not that skilled. I would personally think it is hard to get top technical talent and filter them out with these interviews
