Interviewed Jun 2007 in Markham, ON (Canada) (took 2 weeks)
The interview consists of 3 round, 2 phone interviews, one with the manager and one with the team lead, the other one is a one on one technical interview. To get the Job in IBM, you need to fit their culture and values. Talk positive and speak loud and confident. But do not bogus.

Interviewed Mar 2008 in Markham, ON (Canada) (took 3 weeks)
Slow. The culture at IBM seems to move at a snails pace in terms of getting stuff done. HR is particularly slow so don't panic if it seems to be taking a long time. Don't sweat the IQ test. I'm not sure if it's a requirement for being hired and even if it is it is pretty easy. The example questions you see online arn't always right however they do get you in a good state of mind.
