The first step was in sending resume and covering letter to their HRs. After that I had to write some additional information about me. They checked it within the week and called me for an interwiev. There were different tests and discussion with HR. Unfortunately they turn my offer down.

I got the interview through a College or University and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview, an IQ/Intelligence Test, a Personality Test and a Background Check.
