Risk Management at ICAP (London)

No Offer – Interviewed in London, England (UK) Mar 2010 – Reviewed May 13, 2010

Interview Details – After a successful online application I had a phone interview which was focused on competency questions like, "what do you know about the company" , "what do you know about the role" , " What examples do you have of problem solving", "tell me about how you researched". This was equally successful and I was invited to an assessment centre at the HQ. I had to do numerical and verbal tests, a group exercise and 1:1 interview.
