I applied through other source and the process took 2+ weeks - interviewed at ICI Services in January 2014.

Interview Details – I applied at the sister company (Technica) but the contract was given to ICI. My resume was forwarded to ICI and I was asked to apply. I applied and had a brief phone interview. I had an in-person interview ASAP

The process took 2 months - interviewed at ICI Services in May 2009.

Interview Details – Submitted online profile which includes surveys and questionnaires. Took a couple of weeks for them to get back to me and give me a HR phone interview. Maybe a week later had another phone interview with Manager. Met a few days later with manager and supervisor for panel interview. Low-key. They were nice and not to technically adept. They just wanted to know if I wanted to work and if I seemed nice.

Interview Question – There were a couple of strangely worded questions, but there were no really challenging questions. I found it to be one of my easiest interviews...and I've interviewed ALOT.   View Answer

Negotiation Details – I goofed a bit. I said I was looking for $40,000 - $45,000. The offer was given to me at $40,000. I spoke to HR and asked if they could pay $45,000. They met me at $43,000 and I accepted. Do your salary homework, and stick to your guns on what you feel like you're worth.
