Interview Details – I was recruited by ICICI Bank at my College campus while doing my MBA at BIM,Trichy in the year 2007. But they didnot conduct any pre placement talk before the interview. The interview process was comprised of group discussion and personal interview. They intimated us regrading the list of selected students through our placement cell after the interviewers left the campus. I received my job confirmation letter very lately and joining process completed after 3 months of appearing my Fianl exams and during the joining process only I came to know about my salary package.

Interview Details – it was good experience as my interview was taken by video conference.Initially HR asked me general question about, tell about yourself. She was very helping in nature. Cluster Head was sitting beside me and he also asked me many questions. He was happy that i came
