it was good experience as my interview was taken by video conference.Initially HR asked me general question about, tell about yourself. She was very helping in nature. Cluster Head was sitting beside me and he also asked me many questions. He was happy that i came
from Sales field. He was more concern about the fraud taking place in Banks. My interview was in very friendly atmosphere

I joined this organization just after my graduation, 1 st i gave an entrance exam then group discussion following two personal interview rounds.
Way they do all of this process is really fast.
after training they allot you departments and branch (city).
Other Details
The interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a Group/Panel Interview, a Presentation, an IQ/Intelligence Test and a Background Check.

The process starts with an IQ test to identify your fit for the department. If you are applying for a treasury role,then there is an additional arithmetic test.Though this test is post joining,effectively the rules don't allow you to start work before completing the test.
Once the test is over, you have a one on one pr panel interview depending on the discretion of the HR and the hiring manager.If you have passed the interview,the HR will sent you an offer letter within two weeks and also give you a call. Then you can take it ahead for negotiation with them.

This depends on your qualification and work experience. It also depends on the position for which they are hiring,It is always advisable to negotiate and if possible get an idea from some one you know within the organization.
