three persons were there two assistant general manager and one HR manager, she asked simple questions regarding what u expect regarding salary ready to shift to mumbai and other two asked very simple statistics related questions.

group discussion was held for the hiring , where they have given us a case study relating to a practical scenario in the branch..irated customer walks in branch..what steps will u take?..there was discussion, where everyone put there point forward

The selection process was in two parts: psychometric test and an interview having both HR and IT Team together. The interview was more focused on our early job experience and how we can contribute to the Bank. Few questions on technology and tools were asked. I was more questioned on banking part like AML, KYC, ALM, etc.
