Interview Details – calling the candidate and give information about the vacancy. if he/she will be interested then give details about the interview. then arrange for the interview with expenses beard by the employer. and then if the interviewer will be impressed then offer the candidate the job through telephone and send him the offer letter through mail.

Interview Details –
Was called for interview at ICICI, Mumbai through a staffing agency and had only one interview in which I was asked mostly about my work ex. But before appearing for interview you have to go through their online personality test.
Interviewers were nice and friendly.

GD topic was " Is Indian economic growth overstated"
after the gd round there was one personal interview which was of around 15 minutes
questions were asked about the personality that " do i fit for the job"
" Am i a people person"
"Do i like to interact with people"
Few banking concepts were also asked

GD was there first. There was a general awareness topic. I made 3 entries into the GD.
Post that there was an Interview which has a personal interview as well as role play. I was asked to Sell a Ring but not as a Ring. I was asked Questions like where do i see myself 3years from now. What has been your biggest achievement so far. Who has been your inspiration And why? How would you overcome a difficult situation?
