I applied through a recruiter and the process took 4 months - interviewed at ICICI Bank in December 2012.
Interview Details – there were only two person one from HR and one from Banking. there Banking knowledge was on the lower side and HR person seems to be very new. the questions asked were very easy with regard to banking as i have eight and half year of experience in banking at that time. Further the i was the most experienced person among all the candidates appeared at that time.

Interview Details – The Process was a little lengthy which took almost 2 months for interview but once i got interviewed i was given offer letter and asked to join within 30 days
