Senior Relationship Manager Interview

Senior Relationship Manager
New Delhi (India)

I applied through college or university and the process took a day - interviewed at ICICI Securities.

Interview Details – The company officials prefer females for this post and hire anyone with basic English fluency and finance knowledge. They even hire people who are not actually interested for this sales job. Due to hard core sales profile, it is a very unattractive job. The hiring process included 2 rounds of interview with HR manager and Marketing Head respectively.

Interview Question – There weren't any tough or unexpected questions at all. They don't look for right answers but confident individuals.   View Answer

Reason for Declining – I needed a finance job not sales.
