Interview Details – A site manager/director will request HR for a head count. Once approved, he (or she) will request HR for candidates or propose referrals. He will then interview the candidate and propose this person to HR. HR is free to reject at any stage.
Reason for Declining – Dodgy pay structure and "mandatory" contract position (in place of probation).

Interview Details – The interview process can be tiring. There are two rounds of interviews and each round got two interviewers. There were also questionnaire to be completed prior to the interview session. Best to have referral for better chance. The interview session lasted about an hour each.

The recruiter called for indication of interest and quickly arrange for interview the following week. Job description is provided, while waiting for the interview to be scheduled.
The interview is conducted in group with the technical experts, the second round is 1:1 interview with the key manager in charge of the particular site. Generally, the interviewers are direct and sincere in pointing out the possible challenges and regulations that comes with the job.
Negotiation Details – Negotiation is difficult. I have tried to negotiate via the recruiter, but was not successful. In the end, I still accepted the job, due to the potential of the job.

They took extremely long for their HR to contact me. In fact, took about a month and a half before I got the interview.
It was a simple half an hour chat with a manager. They were looking for someone to handle their publicity/marketing for their events. The manager just took my resume, read off line by line and asked me questions about stuff I had done in school/
