Easy Interview

Interviewed Mar 2010 (took 6 weeks)
1st Interview was done by phone screen by company HR manager. 3-4 Weeks later another phone interview was done by the hiring manger, at that time was ask to have 1:1 interview about 2 weeks later. Interview was informal, very informal. 2 weeks later interview at corporate office for a series of interviews with senior management. 2 weeks later offered the job, fly to on-board training at this time notified about all travel is paid up front then paid back after expense report is sent to Accounts Payable.
No where in the hiring process did anyone mention paying for travel out of pocket first. Question was, "Can you travel"? Not can you pay for your travel up front.
Negotiation Details
I really had no room to negotiate because I needed the Quality Assurance manager title. Covering 4 facilities usually brings in a larger pay salary than what I recieved. Ask for at least $85-90K because your going to do a lot of travel.
Other Details
I Applied Online and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, a Group/Panel Interview, a Drug Test and a Background Check.
